Cellco is a South African retailer specialising in new and pre-owned Apple devices. Every device we list has been physically inspected by our team, graded accurately, and priced fairly — before it ever reaches the site.
Where we come from
Cellco started from a simple frustration — buying a pre-owned iPhone and having no real way to know what you were actually getting. Blurry photos, vague descriptions, and sellers who disappeared after payment. The pre-owned market in South Africa did not have a trust problem. It had a honesty problem.

So we built Cellco around that idea. Every device gets inspected. Every device gets a grade that means something specific. Every listing tells you exactly what condition you are getting. No surprises when the box arrives.
We are based in South Africa, we ship from South Africa, and when something goes wrong — and occasionally it does — there is a real person answering the phone. That is not a promise. It is just how we operate.

Best, Better, and Good are not marketing words. Each grade has a written definition. You know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Local, not a middleman
We hold our own stock. Orders are packed and shipped from South Africa. What you order is what we dispatch — not a forwarded package from somewhere else.
How we grade every device
Every device is inspected by our team before being listed. We test the hardware, check the screen, assess the body, and assign one of three grades — each with a clear definition.
Grade 1
Best Grade
Devices that look and feel brand new. These have either never been used heavily or have been exceptionally well maintained.
Grade 2
Better Grade
Devices with light signs of use. You can tell it has been owned before, but nothing that affects how it looks day-to-day or how it performs.
Grade 3
Good Grade
Devices with visible signs of use. Marks you can see on the body or light screen scratches, but the device works perfectly and the screen is clear in use.
