Cellco is a South African retailer specialising in new and pre-owned Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories. We operate via cellco.co.za and deliver nationally across South Africa.

Acceptance of Terms
By browsing our website, adding items to your cart, or completing a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under South African law.
- All information you provide during checkout is accurate, current, and truthful.
- You accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Products and Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Product descriptions, grades, and images are provided in good faith and reflect the actual condition of each device as assessed by our team.
- We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that are already confirmed and paid.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
- Stock availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund or suitable alternative.
Note: Cellco reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer on promotional or sale items.
Orders and Payment
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
- We accept credit and debit card payments as well as EFT.
- All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Cellco does not store card details.
- Orders are only processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed.
- For EFT payments, proof of payment must be sent to info@cellco.co.za to avoid processing delays.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched according to the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday before 16:30 — Processed and dispatched the same business day.
- Monday to Friday after 16:30 — Processed and dispatched the following business day.
- Saturday before 12:30 — Shipped on Saturday; delivery takes place during the following business week.
- Saturday after 12:30 — Processed and dispatched on Monday.
- Sunday — Processed and dispatched on Monday.
We deliver nationally at a flat rate of R150 via courier. Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Cash on delivery is available in selected areas.
Cellco cannot be held liable for courier delays once your parcel has been dispatched. You will receive tracking information via email upon shipment.
Refunds and Returns
Customers are entitled to a 7-day grace period from the date of purchase or receipt of the device to submit a refund request, subject to the following conditions:
- Device is faulty due to a manufacturing defect
- Device was received in a damaged condition
- Request submitted within 7 days with proof of purchase
- Device returned in original condition with all accessories
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Software issues caused by user actions
- Normal wear and tear consistent with graded condition
Cellco reserves the right to inspect and test any returned device before approving a refund. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Device Grading
All pre-owned devices are assessed and graded by our team before listing. Grades are as follows:
- Best Grade (A+) — Like new. No visible scratches or marks. Fully functional.
- Better Grade (Grade A) — Minor wear consistent with careful use. Fully functional.
- Good Grade (Grade B) — Visible wear or light scratches. Fully functional.
By purchasing a graded device, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the stated condition. Normal wear consistent with the assigned grade does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Sell and Trade-In Services
Cellco offers a device sell and iPhone trade-in service. By submitting a request through our sell or trade-in forms, you understand that:
- All offers are subject to physical inspection of the device by our team.
- Submission of a request does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of purchase.
- Final pricing is confirmed only after our team has assessed the device.
- Trade-in transactions are limited to iPhone for iPhone only.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Cellco or its content suppliers and is protected under South African copyright law.
- You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website without prior written consent.
- Apple, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. and remain the property of Apple Inc.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Cellco shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners once a parcel has been dispatched.
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of or inability to use our services.
- Technical errors, website downtime, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability in connection with any single order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
Privacy and Personal Information
Cellco is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013. By using our website, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We collect only the information required to process and fulfil your order.
- Your personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties.
- Information shared with courier and payment partners is limited to what is strictly necessary.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use cellco.co.za in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or accounts.
- Transmit spam, malware, or any malicious content through our website.
- Use our platform to conduct fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity.
- Scrape, harvest, or copy data from our website without our written permission.
Amendments
Cellco reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of our website after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
These terms are aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) 25 of 2002, and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013.
