By purchasing a device or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. 12-Month Warranty Coverage

Comprehensive Protection

All mobile phones purchased from Cell.co and Retail include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or faults not caused by the client.

This warranty ensures that your device will function as intended under normal usage conditions. Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by user damage
  • Software issues related to the original device configuration
  • Battery defects (if found to be manufacturing-related)

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by the client, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental drops resulting in cracked screens or damaged casings
  • Water or liquid damage caused by client negligence
  • Damage due to improper use, handling, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear from regular usage
  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Modifications or jailbreaking of the device software

3. Client Responsibility

As a valued customer, you are responsible for:

  • Using the device according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Protecting the device from physical damage
  • Keeping your proof of purchase safe for warranty claims
  • Backing up your personal data regularly

Important: Any repairs or replacements required due to client-caused damage will be charged to the client in full.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, you must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase - Keep your receipt or invoice safe
  2. Contact our support team - Describe the issue you're experiencing
  3. Device assessment - Devices will be assessed by Cell.co and Retail to determine whether the damage is covered under warranty
  4. Resolution - If covered, we'll repair or replace your device at no cost

5. No Refunds Policy

Important Policy Notice

Cell.co and Retail does not offer refunds on any mobile devices purchased. Once a sale is completed, it is considered final.

Clients may only make claims under the applicable 12-month warranty policy as described above. This policy ensures fair pricing and allows us to provide quality devices at competitive rates.

6. Warranty Limitations

Please note the following important limitations:

  • Non-transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
  • Normal wear and tear: Not covered unless found to be defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Consumable parts: Batteries are only covered if found to be defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Geographic limitations: Warranty service available within our service area only
